The XXL Dirty Burger

The ultimate indulgent burger featuring a mix of beef patties, beef bacon slices and a Homestyle XXL Chicken Fillet. Not one for the feint hearted!

Method

Step 1

Begin by cooking the chicken fillet and hash browns using your preferred cooking method. Whilst the fillet is cooking prepare the burger meat into 100g balls and pre heat a frying pan or griddle plate.

Step 2

Press the patties onto the frying pan/ griddle plate so they are very thin. Use a sheet of greaseproof paper and a burger press to avoid them sticking. Cook for one minute either side and top with cheese sauce. Cover the patties with a cloche to help the cheese melt. At the same time, cook the turkey bacon until its crispy on both sides.

Step 3

While the fillet and the patties are finishing off, toast the brioche bun and begin to assemble the burger with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and gherkins

Step 4

Using a wide spatula, place the smash patties on top of each other, then place them on top of the chicken fillet. Place the fillets onto the burger and top with the crispy turkey bacon and hash browns. Apply more cheese sauce to the top and the BBQ Sauce then top with the lid. Serve.
