Loaded Chargrilled Chicken Fries

Method

Step 1

Begin by cooking the Sizzling Chicken Original Fillet using your preferred cooking method, then start cooking the fries.

Step 2

Whilst the chicken and chips are cooking, slice the spring onion, chillies and coriander.

Step 3

Once the fries have cooked, place them in a mixing bowl and add the Cajun seasoning then mix well, ensuring the fries are evenly covered. Once complete place the chips on a serving tray.

Step 4

Drizzle the cheese sauce and mayonnaise over the chips. Slice the Original Fillet into slices and place over the top of the chips.

Step 5

Sprinkle over the spring onions, chillies, pickled pink slaw and the sliced coriander. Serve.

  • Fries 200g
  • Pickled Pink Slaw 25g
  • Chillies 10g
  • Spring Onions 10g
  • Garlic Mayo 15ml
  • Sliced Coriander 3g
  • Nacho Cheese Sauce 50g
  • Cajun Seasoning 2g
