Method
Step 1
Cook the rice and chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
In a saucepan heat up the sweet & sour sauce.
Step 3
Start building the dish with the fluffy basmati rice and top with the sweet and sour sauce.
Step 4
Top with the crispy chicken fillet bites and garnish with a charred lime and a roasted corn rib.
Step 5
Finish the dish with some vibrant pickled pink slaw and sprinkle over some sliced chilli & spring onion for a fresh crunch. Serve.
