Say Hola to this spicy little number! The Mexican Hot Chic fillet burger is one for those who love a spicy twist and a crunchy bite with their classic chicken burger.
Method
Step 1
Start cooking the Homestyle Hot & Spicy Chicken Fillet using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken is cooking wash and slice the lettuce and tomato.
Step 3
Toast the brioche bun then build up with mayo, lettuce, nachos, buffalo sauce, tomatoes and gherkin.
Step 4
Once the chicken fillet is cooked, place the fillet on an oven tray and place a slice of Mexicana cheese on top of the fillet. Then put the tray in the oven or under a grill until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Once the cheese has melted remove the chicken fillet from the oven or grill and place into the brioche bun. Serve.
